  • It does not modify policies or execute anything without confirmation from the broker.
  • It does not send emails on its own. You review and send, from your own mailbox.
  • It does not build a second client database alongside Brokercloud.
  • It does not require a separate login: Microsoft 365 is your office's identity.
  • It does not share data between offices. Each environment is self-contained.
