Yes. You start with a fourteen-day trial period using your own files, including a thirty-minute kickoff, a check-in on day 5, and your own figures on day 12. Mail is fully included, Chat (beta) within fair use. We demonstrate Meet during the kickoff.

BrokerMind is currently a separate app that works with your Brokercloud files. Integration within Brokercloud itself is planned for the near future. This means you won't need to retype or copy any data.

Core includes Mail and Chat: incoming emails summarised and answered with file context, and the ability to ask questions about your file while follow-up emails, tasks, lists, and documents are prepared. Meet is the add-on that records and transcribes client meetings, converting them into a report with tasks.

Chat already works in your own office today, on your own files. We're still working on it every week: new capabilities are added, and we fine-tune the speed and quality of the answers. That's why Chat's features and usage limits may still change during this period. Mail and Meet are not in beta.

Core costs €95 per month for the first user and €45 per month for each additional user. Meet costs €45 per month per user, including the Leexi licence. All amounts are excl. VAT and apply to an annual contract paid in full upfront. For monthly payments, a 10% surcharge applies to the BrokerMind rates.

Not for Mail and Meet: they follow the mails and conversations in your office. Chat, which is still in beta, falls under fair use per user, in line with a broker's daily work. If usage is far higher on a structural basis, we'll get in touch and find a solution together, such as adding extra usage.

If you start by 31 December 2026, you will receive a 30% discount on the standard rate, which you will keep for three years. The discount only applies to an annual contract paid in full upfront. In return, we ask for regular feedback on your usage.

Then you only pay the BrokerMind portion of Meet: € 24 per user per month, excl. VAT. Your Leexi subscription runs separately and is invoiced directly by Leexi, at the special rate of € 21 per user per month for Leexi Meeting AI through our partner deal. No Leexi yet? Then you pay € 45 per user, with the Leexi licence included.

BrokerMind works with the files already in Brokercloud; no separate copy of your portfolio is created. Processing takes place with European providers, and your client data is not used to train models. You enter into a single data processing agreement for BrokerMind.

No. BrokerMind creates drafts: a suggested reply, a follow-up email, a task, or a report. You review, adjust, and approve. Nothing is sent automatically.

Your own mailbox. The integration works through Microsoft 365, so your clients simply receive messages from your address.

There are no setup fees and no long implementation process. The kickoff takes half an hour; each user then performs a brief individual setup to match their writing style. The team can start working with it the same day.

Yes, BrokerMind keeps improving. Improvements to Mail and Chat land in Core at no extra cost. Larger new features may also come as an add-on, like Meet today. You only add those if you want them.

You choose how many employees will use BrokerMind and can expand later. Many firms start with a small team during the trial period and then expand to the rest of the office.
