A trial period always starts with a conversation, not a button. That way we know for sure that the right people are using it, and that you'll have something to compare after two weeks.
The conversation
You request a demo or speak to a Brokercloud salesperson. We plan the kickoff and ask for the basic details: firm, contact person, users and the administrator of your Microsoft 365.
Kickoff, 30 minutes
We switch on your account. The link with Microsoft 365 runs through the wizard, as with firms already working with BrokerMind. We show Mail and Chat in your own environment and give a demo of Meet. Whatever BrokerMind builds up during the trial, such as file context and your writing style, stays in place if you continue.

You get an overview of what BrokerMind did at your firm: emails summarised, draft replies, tasks in Brokercloud. Along with the offer to lock in the early-adopter rate: 30% off for three years on an annual contract.
You decide
Go ahead, and everything simply stays on and the annual contract starts. No migration, no re-setup. Stop, and we switch off the account. Your built-up context is kept for 30 days, so you can pick up later without starting over.

What do I need to get started?
A firm on Brokercloud and a Microsoft 365 environment. The administrator of your Microsoft 365 approves the link during the wizard. Nothing else: no installation, no new system.
What happens to our data after the trial?
Your customer data stays in Brokercloud and Microsoft 365 the whole time. What BrokerMind itself builds up (file context, writing style) is kept for 30 days after a cancellation and then deleted. If you continue, everything stays in place.
Can I try Meet as well?
During the kickoff we show Meet on a call. A full trial isn't included, because Meet relies on a Leexi licence per user. Want to add Meet after the trial? Then we arrange the Leexi setup together with your firm.
Who guides us during the two weeks?
One fixed BrokerMind contact, for the kickoff, the check-in and the figures on day 12. In between, you get short emails at the fixed moments, so you always know the next step.
How much time does the setup take us?
The kickoff takes half an hour. Each user then does a short setup of their own in the wizard, with their own writing style. The team works with it the same day.
What if we're still not sure after 14 days?
Then you simply say so. The account is switched off, your context is kept for 30 days and you can still come on board within that period without starting over. Note the deadline of 31 December 2026 for the early-adopter rate.
