Who processes your data

BrokerMind is a product of Fuely AI Studio. For data arriving via your office, Fuely acts as a processor and your office remains the data controller. For data you leave on this site yourself, Fuely is the controller.

What we process

• Contact details from the demo form: name, office, email address, number of employees, and your question.
• When using the product: the emails, files, policies, and call reports stored in Brokercloud and your Microsoft 365 environment.
• Technical log data necessary to operate the service and troubleshoot errors.

For what purpose

We only use the data from the form to schedule your demo and answer your question. The data in the product is processed to create proposals: a draft reply, a report, a task. Nothing is sent without your approval.

Where they are stored

Your portfolio data remains in Brokercloud; BrokerMind does not create a separate copy. The connection to your mailbox runs through the Microsoft 365 account your office already uses, and emails are sent from your own mailbox in your own name. Processing takes place at European providers and your client data is not used to train models.

How long

We store requests via the form for up to twelve months after the last contact. Product data follows the retention period your office uses in Brokercloud. After a cancelled trial period, the context built by BrokerMind is stored for 30 days and then deleted.

Your rights

You can request access, correction, or deletion, and object to processing. Send your request to hello@brokermind.be; you will receive a response within thirty days. You can also lodge a complaint with the Data Protection Authority.
